Instructions

  1. Fry the chicken hearts in a saucepan with oil. Then set aside and lightly fry the diced onion. Now put the remaining vegetables, cut into small pieces, in the saucepan and fry them over medium heat for about 15 minutes. Now add hot water with the broth. Always stir well in between. After about 10 minutes add the chicken hearts and bay leaves. If necessary, season a little with salt and pepper. Finally simmer for about 1 hour over a low heat.
  2. The stew tastes even better if you let it steep overnight and reheat it the next day.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
