Ingredients

  • 300 g couscous
  • 300 ml water
  • 1 piece (s) butter
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 small Can corn
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 300 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 packet tomato (s), happened
  • 1 small onion (s), diced
  • salt and pepper
  • Parsley, fresh

Instructions

  1. Pour boiling water over the couscous and let it soak. Add the piece of butter and a little salt. Clean the peppers and zucchini and cut into 1 cm thick cubes.
  2. Briefly toss the diced vegetables in a pan. Pour off the corn and mix with the other vegetables, add everything to the couscous and mix briefly.
  3. Sear the minced meat in a pan. Clean the onion and cut into cubes.
  4. Add to the minced meat and let fry briefly. Deglaze the minced meat with the tomatoes and let it boil briefly. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  5. Arrange the vegetable couscous on a plate and pour the Bolognese sauce over it. Finally sprinkle with parsley.
