Instructions

  1. Clean the zucchini, peppers and tomatoes and cut into fine cubes. Heat the butter or oil in a pan and fry the diced vegetables in it. Then let it cool down.
  2. Cut the mozzarella into cubes and add to the cooled vegetable mixture. Chop the herbs and add them together with the garlic and pepper (also salt if you like) and mix everything.
  3. Cut the baguette or the baked rolls into slices. Cover with the vegetable and cheese mixture and bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 5-6 minutes (until the cheese has run).
  4. Tip: It also tastes very good if you coat the baguette or bread roll slices with herb butter beforehand.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
