Ingredients

  • 250 g rice (lon rain rice)
  • Salt water
  • 100 g carrot (s)
  • 2 onions)
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 50 g whole wheat flour
  • salt and pepper
  • oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice in salted water according to the instructions on the packet and let it cool down. Peel and grate the carrots. Peel and chop the onions. Wash, dry and finely chop the parsley.
  2. Whisk the eggs and mix with the carrots, onions and parsley. Sift the flour and add and season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Then mix the cooled rice with the ingredients.
  3. Fry the mixture in hot oil by tablespoon on both sides until golden brown. Serve hot.
