Ingredients

  • 3 cup water
  • 1 cup rice (basmati or fragrant rice)
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable stock, grained
  • 1 packet vegetables, frozen (buttered vegetables)

Instructions

  1. Bring the water with the vegetable stock to a boil. Add the rice and simmer gently in a closed saucepan over low heat. Do not stir. The rice is ready when all of the water has been absorbed by the rice. Small craters form on the surface of the rice.
  2. Now stir in the butter vegetables with the seasoned butter from the frozen pack, heat briefly and enjoy.
