Ingredients

  • 1 large red pepper (s)
  • 1 tomato (s)
  • 1 onion (s), red
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 200 ml vegetable stock
  • oil
  • Sauce thickener
  • Worcester sauce
  • Tabasco
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, noble sweet
  • sugar

Instructions

  1. Chop the onions and garlic and fry in oil. Add a little sugar and caramelize.
  2. Chop the peppers and tomatoes. Add 1 teaspoon vegetable stock with 200 ml water. Let the peppers and tomatoes simmer for 10 minutes. Season, puree and strain as desired. Bring the sauce to the boil and thicken it with a sauce thickener if desired.
  3. A finely chopped grilled paprika is ideal as a topping. Noodles go well with it.
