Vegetable Smoothie

Delicious, bright, juicy smoothie is made from carrot and tomato juices, with the addition of bell pepper.

Cook: 5 minutes

Servings: 2

Ingredients

  • Carrot juice – 1 glass
  • Tomato juice – 1 glass
  • Bulgarian red pepper (chopped) – 2 pcs.
  • Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  • Ground black pepper
  • Lemon wedges for serving (optional)

Directions

  1. Pour carrot and tomato juices into the bowl of a kitchen processor or blender, mix.
  2. Add bell pepper and lemon juice to the bowl, pepper to taste.
  3. Puree until smooth.
  4. Serve smoothies in portioned glasses with lemon slices (optional).
