A very unusual cocktail – a vegetable smoothie made from tomatoes, cucumbers, and peppers, with the addition of onions and garlic. A great way to stock up not only energy but also vitamins. Of course, this is not a cocktail for every day, but on weekends it is quite possible to afford to strengthen the body and fight against autumn colds!
Cook: 10 minutes
Servings: 2
Ingredients
Ryazhenka – 200 ml
Tomato – 1 pc. (100 g)
Fresh cucumber – 1 pc. (80 g)
Bulgarian pepper – 1 pc. (50 g)
Garlic – 3 cloves
Onions – 60 g
Salt to taste
Directions
Cut the tomato in half and cut the stalk. Cut the tomato into large pieces and place in a deep bowl. I used a hand blender to make smoothies. If you have a regular one, immediately send the ingredients to the blender bowl.
Peel the garlic, cut into large pieces and add to the tomato. Peel the onion, cut into large pieces and send to the tomato and garlic.
Cut off the ends of the cucumber. Cut the cucumber into slices and add to the vegetables. Cut the pepper in half and remove the seeds. Cut the pepper into random pieces and send it to a bowl.
Pour in fermented baked milk. Add salt and punch everything at high speed until smooth. Unusual antiviral vegetable smoothie with onions and garlic, ready.
Bon Appetit!
