  • 0.5 ½ bunch parsley

Instructions

  1. Briefly fry the onion cubes and smoked pork in hot clarified butter. Deglaze with 1.5 liters of water, then add the potatoes and vegetables and cook in them. Now add the stock, then season with salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley.
