  • Minced pork – 200-250 g
  • Canned beans in tomato sauce – 400 g
  • Bulgarian pepper – 100 g
  • Tomato – 150 g
  • Onions – 70 g
  • Hard cheese – 30 g
  • Vegetable oil – 20 ml
  • Ground paprika – 1 pinch
  • Salt to taste

  1. Peel the onion and cut it into cubes.
  2. Fry the onion in a frying pan in vegetable oil for 3 minutes

  3. Add minced meat and break all the lumps. Fry minced meat with onions for 3-5 minutes.
  4. We turn on the oven and heat it up to 180 degrees. Meanwhile, cut the tomato into cubes.
  5. Peel the bell pepper and cut it into small pieces.
  6. Put 3 tablespoons of tomato sauce from a jar of beans in a frying pan for the minced meat. Salt and add paprika. Simmer for 2 minutes.

  7. If your pan is meant to be baked in the oven, continue using it and leave the minced meat and onions in it. If not, put the minced meat with onions in a baking dish.
  8. Put bell pepper and tomato on top of the minced meat.

  9. The next layer is the beans.
  10. Cover the form or pan with foil. Cooking vegetable stew with beans and minced meat in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
