Ingredients

  • 2 small zucchini
  • 1 m. Eggplant (s)
  • 1 bell pepper (s), (color your choice)
  • 150 g cocktail tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 300 g sheep cheese, (feta)
  • some herbs, to taste
  • possibly powdered sugar, (for children)

Instructions

  1. Wash the zucchini, aubergine, tomatoes and peppers and cut into small pieces (cubes or strips, as desired). Then mix the vegetables with the tablespoon of oil and herbs to taste.
  2. Place the sheep`s cheese in the middle of a baking dish, spread the vegetables around it. Baked in the oven at 220 ° for about 15 minutes.
  3. Noodles, potatoes, rice and bread go well as a side dish.
  4. For children, dust the sheep`s cheese a little with powdered sugar before gratinating.
