Vegetarian Cheese and Tomato Sandwich

This veggie sandwich takes minutes to cook.

Ingredients

  • Tomato – 2 slices
  • Mozzarella cheese (cut into slices) – 30 g
  • Basil (chopped) – 1 teaspoon
  • Burger bun (toasted) – 0.5 pcs. (lower half)
  • Olive oil – 1 teaspoon.
  • Cherry tomato (cut in half) – 1 pc.
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

Directions

  1. First place 1 slice of tomato on the base bun, half of the cheese on top, and sprinkle with basil. Repeat layers.
  2. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, a pinch of salt, and black pepper. Sprinkle this dressing over the sandwich. Top with cherry tomato halves and serve.
