  • margarine
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • Vegetable broth
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • Herbs, fresh to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut the vegetables into cubes, peel the tomatoes beforehand.
  2. Melt some margarine in the pot, add the vegetables and simmer on a low flame in the closed pot. ATTENTION: DO NOT add water. Stir every now and then and add the spices and sour cream just before serving.
  3. All side dishes are suitable!
  4. It goes fast! It`s very low in calories!
