Ingredients

  • 4 egg (s)
  • 1 large spring onion (s), optionally also small vegetable onion
  • 1 medium tomato (s)
  • 40 g cheese, meltable, e.. Maasdammer (penciled or rated)
  • 2 medium potato (s), boiled (e.g. from the day before)
  • some oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Chilli powder, optionally 1 small chilli pepper
  • 1 pinch (s) garlic powder, optionally some fresh garlic

Instructions

  1. Cut the tomato, potatoes and onions into small pieces. Heat some oil in the pan. In the meantime, grate the cheese or cut it into small pieces. Whisk the eggs with a fork. Season with pepper, salt, a little chili powder and a pinch of garlic powder.
  2. Fry the onions in the oil until translucent. Add potatoes. Fry the onions and potatoes together on medium heat for a few minutes. Then add the tomatoes, cheese and whisked eggs and let set for a few minutes while stirring.
  3. Serve hot.
