Ingredients

  • 200 g tofu
  • 1 large can tomato (s)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 teaspoon, heaped vegetable broth
  • 12 lasagne plate (s)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • oregano
  • 2 teaspoons pizza seasoning
  • 3 tablespoon breadcrumbs
  • 200 g cheese (e.. Emmentaler)

Instructions

  1. Mash the tofu into small chunks with a fork and mix with the pizza spice and breadcrumbs. Fry in oil together with a finely chopped onion, preferably in a large pan or a large saucepan.
  2. As soon as the tofu has got a light brown, deglaze with the can of tomatoes, complete with liquid. Season to taste with vegetable stock and oregano and simmer for approx. 5 minutes until a certain consistency is achieved.
  3. Then layer the whole thing together with the lasagne sheets in a baking dish. Start with sauce, then a layer of pasta sheets, then another layer of sauce, etc. Before you finish with the last layer of sauce, spread the sour cream on the top lasagna sheets. Sprinkle the cheese over the whole thing and cook in the oven for about 30 minutes at 150 - 170 ° C (convection).
