Vegetarian Pasta Ingredients

  • Pasta – 250 Grams
  • Young zucchini – 1 Piece
  • Tomato – 2 Pieces
  • Onion – 1 Piece
  • Carrots – 1 Piece
  • Cilantro leaves – 4-5 pieces
  • Salt – 1
  • Sunflower oil – 1-2 tbsp

Vegetarian Pasta Instructions

  1. Prepare all the ingredients you need. Peel the carrots and onions. Rinse all vegetables well under running water.
  2. Cut the onion into a small dice.
  3. Grate the carrots on a fine grater.
  4. Cut the zucchini into cubes.
  5. Put the onion in a pan with heated sunflower oil, sauté it for a couple of minutes. Then add the carrots and cook for a few more minutes. Then send cubes of zucchini to the pan, simmer until half cooked. Add the diced tomatoes. Mix everything well and cover with a lid. Simmer for 5-10 minutes over low heat.
  6. When the vegetables are ready, add the finely chopped cilantro.

  7. Stir well and heat for another minute. The pasta sauce is ready!
  8. Pour pasta into water with boiling water, boil them almost until cooked and rinse with water (if you cook the pasta completely, then from the hot sauce they can lose their beautiful appearance and taste). Check that the pasta is done by simply pulling out one and tasting it.
  9. Put them in a bowl, pour in a couple of tablespoons of sunflower oil and stir to keep them from sticking together.
  10. Put the pasta on a plate, put the sauce on top, decorate the dish with herbs. The vegetarian pasta is ready.
