Ingredients

  • 1 bell pepper (s)
  • 200 g mushrooms
  • 2 spring onion (s)
  • 2 tomato (s)
  • 1 small bunch chives
  • 400 g spaetzle, from the fresh food counter
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 150 ml water
  • 200 ml cream
  • 5 tablespoon soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Dice the onion and fry in olive oil. Cut the bell pepper into small pieces, add and fry lightly. Add sliced mushrooms and fry them too. When it is lightly browned, add the soy sauce.
  2. Cut the spring onions and chives into small rings and the tomatoes into small cubes. Steam everything together with 150 ml of boiling water for about 5 minutes. Finally season with salt and pepper and add the cream, briefly bring to the boil and serve.
  3. Cook the spaetzle from the fresh food counter according to the instructions on the package so that they are ready together with the pan dish.
