  • 2 tablespoon sunflower seeds

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes, cook in a little salted water, drain, mash and stir in the cream. Season with a little salt.
  2. Cut the vegetables into pieces. Melt the butter in a pan and steam the vegetables for a few minutes. Season with salt and pepper and place in a large greased baking dish. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and 100g of the grated cheese. Spread the mashed potatoes on top and sprinkle with the rest of the cheese and sunflower seeds.
  3. Bake at 200 ° C for about 40 minutes, until the casserole is golden brown.
