  • 4 tomato (s)
  • 2 small zucchini
  • 120 g cheese, rated Gouda cheese
  • 2 tablespoon sunflower seeds
  • Clarified butter

Instructions

  1. Wash, boil, peel the potatoes and press them through the potato press. Mix with milk and cream to make mashed potatoes, season with salt and nutmeg.
  2. Clean the carrots and cut into small cubes, fry them in a pan with clarified butter, also dice the zucchini, add, let everything simmer for 5 minutes, then also dice the tomatoes and add briefly. Season with oregano and thyme or Italian herbs. Put in a greased casserole dish, spread the mashed potatoes on top, sprinkle the grated cheese on top and spread the sunflower seeds on top.
