Ingredients

  • 1 baked roll (spelled roll or fitness roll)
  • 2 tablespoon light cream cheese
  • 2 teaspoons mustard, hotter
  • 2 hard-boiled egg (s) (Easter eggs)
  • 2 slices cucumber (s)
  • 2 pinches salt and pepper
  • possibly chives rolls

Instructions

  1. Remove the shell from the Easter eggs and cut into even slices with a knife or egg cutter.
  2. Halve the baked spelled roll and coat both halves thickly with the cream cheese. Now put a teaspoon of hot mustard on each half of the bun and distribute it evenly. Now put the prepared egg slices on top. Cut the cucumber slices into strips and place on the Easter egg roll. Season with salt and a little pepper - fresh chives also go very well.
  3. Take a bite and enjoy yourself!
