  • 100 ml white wine (ideally normal table wine)
  • 100 ml mineral water, (carbonated)
  • 1 shot liqueur (Aperol)
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 slice / s lemon (s)

Instructions

  1. First the white wine in the glass, then the mineral water and finally a shot of Aperol. It should then be bright red in color. Now all you have to do is put the ice cubes and the lemon wedge in and the fashion drink of South Tyrol`s summer 2003 is ready.
