Instructions

  1. Mash the bananas as much as possible with a fork. Then put the quark in a bowl and mix in the banana puree in 2 servings until everything is well distributed. But be careful with a spoon, not in the blender.
  2. Then add the cocoa powder. Depending on your taste, 2 - 3 tablespoon. Usually 2 spoons are enough for me, but you can vary that depending on how chocolaty the whole thing should be and how sweet the bananas are. Possibly fold in chocolate.
  3. You can also serve the dessert very nicely by e.g., desiccated coconut there.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
