Ingredients
- 1 cauliflower, cut into florets, or cooked cauliflower from the day before
- 150 g yourt, preferably 1.5%
- 1 bag / s spice mix for salad, e.g. Salatfix or similar.

- Cook the cauliflower firm to the bite and allow to cool. In the meantime, mix the yoghurt with the sachet of herbs (salad fix) and add the cauliflower. Let it steep for about 1 hour.
- The salad is also suitable for line counters: the recipe has 2 lines. Quite good and filling for the office.
