Ingredients

  • 160 g flour
  • 1 pck.pudding powder, caramel (substitute chocolate)
  • 130 g butter
  • 70 g powdered suar
  • 50 g chocolate, dark softened
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 egg white, from it solid snow
  • 2 tablespoon amaretto
  • Jam, (rose hip)
  • some amaretto
  • powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix butter with sugar and yolk until creamy, stir in chocolate and amaretto, fold in flour, pudding powder and egg whites, squirt small heaps onto a prepared baking tray (I prefer to use the cake syringe for this) and put in a preheated pipe at 160 ° convection for approx. Bake for 10 minutes.
  2. Put 2 each with jam (stirred smoothly with amaretto) and sprinkle with icing sugar.
