Ingredients

  • 750 g berries, e.. strawberries, currants, raspberries, blueberries
  • 150 g powdered suar
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon orange liqueur
  • 1 pinch cinnamon powder
  • 1 liter curd milk

Instructions

  1. Wash the fruit, drain well and remove the stalk.
  2. Carefully mix the fruit with powdered sugar, lemon juice, orange liqueur and cinnamon. Cover and let sit for about 30 minutes.
  3. Stir in the curd and pour into dessert glasses.
