Ingredients

  • 50 ml apple cider vinegar
  • 50 ml balsamic vinegar, white
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • 50 ml pumpkin seed oil
  • a bit salt
  • some pepper, from the mill
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled and finely chopped
  • 3 small shallot (s), peeled and finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chives, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Mix the two types of vinegar together in a bowl. Add the salt, stir until the salt dissolves.
  2. Mix in the shallots, garlic and herbs. Let it steep for about 30 minutes.
  3. Stir in the two oils, season with pepper.
  4. Mix the sauce well with a spoon and pour it over the salads, spoon by spoon.
