Ingredients
- 50 ml apple cider vinegar
- 50 ml balsamic vinegar, white
- 50 ml olive oil
- 50 ml pumpkin seed oil
- a bit salt
- some pepper, from the mill
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled and finely chopped
- 3 small shallot (s), peeled and finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon chives, finely chopped

- Mix the two types of vinegar together in a bowl. Add the salt, stir until the salt dissolves.
- Mix in the shallots, garlic and herbs. Let it steep for about 30 minutes.
- Stir in the two oils, season with pepper.
- Mix the sauce well with a spoon and pour it over the salads, spoon by spoon.
