Ingredients
- 3 tablespoon vinegar, white wine vinegar or white balsamic vinegar
- 3 tablespoon vegetable stock, water or juice (e.g. orange, apple or grape juice)
- 1 shallot (s)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon mustard, grainier
- 1 teaspoon honey, more liquid
- salt and pepper
- 3 tablespoon oil (variable, depending on the type salad)
