Vinegar and Oil Dressing According To My Mother

Ingredients

• 100 ml water
• 3 tablespoon wine vinegar
• 2 teaspoons salt
• 2 pinches pepper, more colorful, from the mill
• 1 pinch (s) sugar
• 1 teaspoon fondor
• 1 teaspoon salad herbs
• 1 teaspoon mustard, medium hot
• 2 tablespoon sunflower oil or rapeseed oil

Instructions

1. Put all ingredients except for the oil directly into a salad bowl and stir well with a whisk. Then season to your own taste if necessary. For the to-go version, simply mix everything in a shaker.
2. Add the washed salad to the finished dressing. Just before serving, add the oil and stir well again.
