• Crushed ice or ice cubes
• 2 cl passion fruit syrup
• 0.5 ½ passion fruit (s)
• 0.5 ½ lime (s)
• 100 ml apple juice, freshly squeezed
• 20 ml still water

Instructions

1. Cut a slice from half of the washed lime and cut the rest into fingertip-sized pieces. Fill a cocktail glass 3/4 full with ice and wet it with the passion fruit syrup. Sprinkle the passion fruit meat and the lime pieces on top and fill up with the apple juice and water to just below the brim. Finally stir the cocktail and dress it up with the lime wedge.
