Ingredients

  • 70 g lamb`s lettuce
  • 3 stalks basil
  • 1 banana (s)
  • 1 kiwi (s)
  • 300 ml orange juice, freshly squeezed
  • 0.5 tablespoon ½ lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 piece (s) ginger, the size a nut

Instructions

  1. Wash the lettuce and basil. Chop the banana, kiwi and ginger into small pieces. Put together with the juices in a smoothie maker or chop with the hand blender for about 45 - 60 seconds.
  2. Then add oil and salt and mix again briefly.
