Vitamin Salad with Carrots, Apples, Dates and Nuts

A simple recipe for a carrot salad. Fresh carrots and an apple, plus dates, walnuts, and a little lemon juice – this healthy salad cannot be called anything other than a vitamin.

Cook: 15 minutes

Ingredients

  • Carrots – 1 pc. (150 g)
  • Apple – 1 pc. (100 g)
  • Dates – 60 g
  • Peeled walnuts – 60 g
  • Lemon – 0.5 pcs.

Directions

  1. Squeeze juice from a lemon wedge.
  2. Peel the carrots and grate them on a coarse grater.
  3. Peel the apple and peel it, grate it on a coarse grater and sprinkle it with lemon juice so that the apple does not darken.
  4. Cut the dates into small pieces.
  5. Dry the walnuts in a dry frying pan and peel them off.
  6. Chop the nuts coarsely with a knife.
  7. Combine carrots, apples, dates, and nuts.
  8. Squeeze 2 tablespoon of the remaining lemon. tablespoons of juice and carefully, so as not to get pits, add lemon juice to carrot salad with apples, nuts, and dates.
  9. Mix.
  10. A salad of carrots, apples, dates, and nuts is ready.
