Ingredients

  • 500 g potato (s) (vitelotte, purple truffle potatoes)
  • 250 ml vegetable stock
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt, coarse
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Pepper, optional
  • Chilli, optional

Instructions

  1. Wash the potatoes and cut into thin slices with a sharp knife or a vegetable slicer.
  2. Mix a marinade from the broth, the olive oil, the sea salt and the pressed garlic cloves.
  3. Fan the potatoes on a baking sheet and drizzle with the marinade. If you like, sprinkle with pepper, chilli or other spices to taste.
  4. Put the baking sheet in the oven and bake the potatoes at 180 ° C for about 60 minutes until crispy.
  5. A quark dip, fried mushrooms or much more goes well with it.
