Ingredients
- 500 g potato (s) (vitelotte, purple truffle potatoes)
- 250 ml vegetable stock
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sea salt, coarse
- 2 cloves garlic
- Pepper, optional
- Chilli, optional

- Wash the potatoes and cut into thin slices with a sharp knife or a vegetable slicer.
- Mix a marinade from the broth, the olive oil, the sea salt and the pressed garlic cloves.
- Fan the potatoes on a baking sheet and drizzle with the marinade. If you like, sprinkle with pepper, chilli or other spices to taste.
- Put the baking sheet in the oven and bake the potatoes at 180 ° C for about 60 minutes until crispy.
- A quark dip, fried mushrooms or much more goes well with it.
