Waffle Cake Cream

Ingredients

  • Butter – 200 Grams
  • Caramel cream – 300 grams (or boiled condensed milk)
  • Wafer cakes – 5-6 Pieces

Directions

  1. Remove the oil to soften. I use ready-made caramel cream, but it is quite possible to take regular condensed milk and boil it (about 2 hours). Or, even easier, buy ready-made boiled one.
  2. Using a mixer, beat the butter and caramel or condensed milk. You should get a uniform consistency without lumps. We begin to spread the cream on the cakes.
  3. Put the wafer cakes smeared with cream into a cake, placing them on top of each other and pressing lightly. You can leave the cake whole or cut it straight into portions to make cakes.
