Sometimes for desserts I really want to make waffle cones and it seems that without a waffle iron this will not work. But today I will tell you how to cook a waffle cone without a waffle iron in a frying pan!

Ingredients
Flour – 100-120 Grams
Egg whites – 2 Pieces
Powdered Sugar – 1/2 Cup
Milk – 3-5 Art. spoons
Butter (melted) – 2 Tbsp. spoons
Vanillin – 1 Pinch
Salt – 1 Pinch
Nuts – 1/2 Cup
Chocolate – 100-150 grams (different types can be used)
Directions
Separate the whites from the yolks and beat with a mixer until they are foamy. Then add salt, vanillin and continue whisking, adding powdered sugar in small portions.
Add melted (but not hot) butter, flour and mix well with a mixer. Add milk and stir. Then let the dough stand for a while
Brush a cold skillet with melted butter and use a spoon to spread the dough on it in a thin layer. Fry until golden brown on both sides over low heat.
Immediately after frying, roll the pancake into a cone, pinch the bottom and let cool. Melt the chocolate in a steam bath over low heat, crumbling it into a dry plate.
Dip the cones in chocolate and sprinkle with chopped nuts or pastry confetti. If desired, the chocolate can be tinted with food coloring.
