Waffle Maker

For breakfast or as a dessert for tea, I want to suggest that you repeat this cool variation on how to make waffles for a waffle iron. Quite simple and quick dough, and the result is fantastic.

Serving: 10-12

Ingredients

  • Egg – 2 Pieces
  • Sugar – 2 Tbsp. spoons
  • Baking powder – 1
  • Salt – 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Flour – 2 Glasses
  • Kefir – 2 Glasses
  • Butter – 50 Grams (+ for lubricating the waffle iron)

Directions

  1.  Combine sifted flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a deep bowl. Stir everything until smooth.
  2. Separately beat eggs with kefir and melted butter.
  3. Pour into dry ingredients
  4. Mix thoroughly until smooth.
  5. Preheat the waffle iron, brush with a little oil.Spread the dough in small portions and fry the waffles until golden brown
  6. Serve warm.
