Thin, crispy and golden brown waffles – why not a great breakfast for the whole family? They can also be used to make delicious salty snacks for the festive table. See the recipe for universal thin waffles!
Cook: 35 mins
Serving: 4-5
Ingredients
Margarine – 200 Grams
Eggs – 4-5 Pieces
Sugar – 1 Glass
Flour – 1 Glass
Directions
Melt the margarine. You can also take butter.
You can do this in the microwave or in a water bath. Add sugar to the margarine.
Then add flour
Knead the dough thoroughly.
Then add eggs to the resulting mixture.
Stir everything again thoroughly. The dough will be liquid, as it should be for pancakes.
Heat the waffle iron, pour a small amount of dough onto the surface of the mold. Cook until golden brown. It literally takes me a couple of minutes.
While the waffles are warm, roll them up. You don’t have to do this, it depends on how you like it.
If you bake the waffles for a shorter time, they will turn out to be more tender.
But I like the more “tanned” version. Ready thin waffles can be served with condensed milk or jam.
