Flour – 1 Glass
Sugar – 1 Glass
Butter – 200 Grams
Egg – 5 Pieces
Salt – 1 Pinch
Vanillin – 1 Pinch
Vegetable oil – 1 teaspoon

The first step is to melt the butter in the microwave, on the stove or in a water bath, whichever is more convenient for you.
Cool the oil and add eggs to it one by one, stirring gently.
Add sugar, a pinch of salt and vanillin for flavor.
Add the sifted flour in small portions, stirring constantly. The dough should not be too steep for the waffles to be tender and crispy
Turn on the waffle iron and leave to warm up. I recommend brushing a little oil on it with a brush. Only when it is well warmed up, spoon out the dough. Close gently and bake until golden brown.
Carefully remove the wafer and roll it up immediately if you plan to fill it with cream. Enjoy your tea
