Ingredients

  • 1 bag / s wakame, dried (56 g)
  • 5 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 5 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 3 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ wasabi paste, for seasoning
  • 5 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Put the dried wakame algae in a saucepan, cover with cold water and let stand for 5-10 minutes until the algae are soaked with water. Then drain well and just squeeze out lightly.
  2. Meanwhile prepare the dressing. Mix the vinegar, soy sauce, sugar and sesame oil well, season with the wasabi paste depending on the degree of spiciness you want. Put the sesame seeds in a pan and roast them on medium heat (be careful, it can burn quickly). Mix the seaweed and dressing well, then mix in the toasted sesame seeds. Leave covered for about an hour so that the algae can absorb the dressing a little, then serve.
