Instructions

  1. Peel the banana, orange and kiwi. Core the apples. Cut everything into pieces and put in the blender. Add 200 ml of mineral water and a good splash of lemon juice. Mix the ingredients until you have a liquid mass.
  2. Makes about 1.2 liters
