Ingredients

  • 4 medium potato (s), oblong
  • 400 g reen beans, frozen
  • 150 g bacon, diced
  • 2 shallot (s)
  • 100 ml beef broth
  • some savory
  • sea-salt
  • pepper
  • 1 lemon (s)
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil, mild

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes, season with salt, place in a steamer and cover and steam over medium heat for about 20 minutes. Then let it steam out.
  2. Simmer the beans in salted water with a little savory for about 10 minutes, then rinse in ice water, drain and drain well.
  3. Cut the potatoes into thin slices and place them on serving plates, put the beans in the middle and pepper. Leave out the bacon until crispy, finely dice the shallots and add to the bacon. Deglaze with the olive oil, lemon juice and stock. Pour this dressing over the beans.
