Ingredients

  • 150 g walnuts, finely chopped
  • 6 walnuts, whole kernels, for decoration
  • 500 g natural yourt (at least 3.5% fat)
  • 3 clove (s) garlic, pressed
  • salt
  • 1 lime (s) to serve

Instructions

  1. Lightly salt the yoghurt, put a damp cheesecloth or kitchen towel in a sieve. Pour in the yogurt, drain for about 2 hours. Then squeeze out the residual moisture using the cloth.
  2. Mix the chopped walnuts with the yogurt and garlic and season with salt. Arrange in bowls, decorate with wedges of lime and walnuts.
