Instructions

  1. Peel the asparagus and avocado. Cook the asparagus in salted water for about 8-10 minutes. At the same time cut the avocado into small pieces and fry in a little olive oil for 3-4 minutes. Boil the egg for 3-4 minutes so that it is still soft.
  2. Also cut the cooked asparagus into small pieces and mix with the fried avocado and egg yolk. Season with a little vinegar, salt, pepper and olive oil. Also dice the egg white and pour over the salad.
