  • 5 tuber / s beetroot
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 5 tablespoon heavy cream
  • 0.25 ¼ small lemon (s), juice from them
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon flour
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Clean the beetroot and cook for about 30-45 minutes, depending on the size. Then rinse with cold water so that the peel comes off better. Peel the beets and grate them as finely as possible.
  2. Put the beetroot in a saucepan and sauté with butter, cream and lemon juice. Season with salt, sugar and possibly pepper and thicken with a little flour.
