  • 100 g parmesan, in one piece

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Chop the ciabatta into finger-sized pieces and place on a baking sheet. Drizzle with a little olive oil and mix with the spices. Then bake for about 10 minutes until crispy.
  2. Pick the ham and place on the bread. Bake for another 5 minutes until the ham is also crispy. Mix the lemon juice with 8 tablespoons of oil and season.
  3. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Mix the lettuce leaves, ham and bread with the dressing and arrange on four plates. Poach the eggs in the boiling water for about 4 minutes. Place a poached egg on each plate. Slice the parmesan over the top with a vegetable peeler.
