  • 1 baguette (s)
  • 1 clove garlic

Instructions

  1. There are 2 ways to prepare this recipe. Here is variant 1
  2. First the green salad - everyone should make it the way he / she can do it best. But it`s better with herbs.
  3. If you get a goat cheese in a roll (about 3 - 5 cm in diameter) it is easiest to do it. Cut this roll into approx. 1.5 - 2 cm thick slices. If you cannot get such goat cheese, cut it into pieces that are approx. 1.5 cm - 2 cm thick and have an edge length of approx. 4 - 5 cm.
  4. Cut 3 slices (approx. 2 cm thick) from the baguette for each person. Toast the baguette slices in the oven on both sides. Then rub the peeled clove of garlic. Spread the cheese on the bread slices and bake in the oven for about 10 minutes.
  5. Spread the prepared salad on the plates and serve the goat cheese on top.
