  • 8 slice / s baguette (s)
  • 8 slices goat cheese, with rind, approx. 2 cm thick
  • 50 g walnuts, chopped, or pumpkin seeds
  • 1 pear (s), firm
  • some oil, (walnut or pumpkin seed oil)
  • some honey, liquid

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 220 ° C top / bottom heat (200 ° C convection).
  2. Wash the lamb`s lettuce and let it drain. Place baking paper or aluminum foil on a baking sheet, oil lightly and top each with a slice of goat cheese. Now drizzle with a little honey, place on the tray and bake for 5-7 minutes. Peel, core and slice the pear. Add some oil to the salad, season with salt and pepper and mix well. Distribute together with the pear slices on the plates and sprinkle with the nuts. Now take the bread out of the oven and serve it hot.
