Ingredients

  • 100 g millet
  • 400 ml oat milk (oat drink)
  • 1 apple
  • 1 banana (s)
  • 5 date (s)
  • some goji berries
  • 1 pinch (s) cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Put the millet in a saucepan with the oat milk. Dice apple, banana and dates, add to the millet with goji berries and cinnamon. Simmer everything on a low heat until the millet is soft.
  2. If desired, add oat milk if necessary.
  3. Can also be prepared in advance for two or three days and can be kept in the refrigerator without any problems.
