  • Salted mushrooms (assorted) – 100 g
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Sour cream – 50 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Dill – 2 branches
  • Vegetable oil for frying

  1. We prepare products for a warm potato salad with salted mushrooms.

  2. Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cook in their skins for 30 minutes until tender.
  3. Cut the cooled and peeled potatoes into small slices.
  4. In a pan with the addition of vegetable oil, fry the potato slices until golden brown. Salt at the end of cooking to taste.
  5. Peel the onion and cut into thin half rings.
  6. Filter salted mushrooms to remove excess liquid. Add onion half rings and chopped dill. Wemix.
