A warm salad of pumpkin, plums and feta cheese can be either an independent dish or a side dish. Pumpkin and plums are marinated in a spicy sauce of mustard, honey, soy sauce and grape juice before baking.

Ingredients
Pumpkin – 200 g
Plums – 200 g
Fetaxa (or feta) cheese – 100 g
For the marinade:
Granular mustard – 2 tbsp
Olive oil – 1 tbsp
Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
Honey – 1 tbsp
Grape juice (or red wine) – 1/3 cup
Ground black pepper – to taste
Directions
Prepare products for pumpkin salad, plums and fetax or feta cheese.
Wash the pumpkin and plums. Peel the pumpkin and cut into small pieces. Cut the plums in half, remove the seeds.

Put plums and pumpkin in a bowl, pour over the prepared sauce, mix. Leave to marinate for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
Then transfer to a shallow baking dish and put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
At the end of cooking, you can turn on the “Grill” mode for 5 minutes.
Cut the cheese into cubes.
