Warm Salad with Cauliflower Rise Based on the Mexican Mix

Warm salad of cauliflower, beans, corn, and bell peppers inspired by Mexican salad or Mexican mix. Instead of rice, fake rice (pseudo rice) from cauliflower comes out. Even though Mexican salad is a vegan dish, it is very satisfying and quite a substitute for lunch. Suitable as a side dish for any meat and fish dishes. And it stays very tasty when cold.
